Rodeo Outfits (with boots)

With the rodeo season fast approaching, I have decided to revamp my wardrobe with some stylish rodeo outfits. Living in Miles City, Montana, my options for shopping are limited to Murdoch’s, Maurice’s, and a few local boutiques. However, I have stumbled upon a hidden gem called Vintage and Rustics which offers a great selection of rodeo outfits that many people may not be aware of.

Vintage and Rustics

Let me tell you why Vintage and Rustic is so unique! Vintage and Rustics is an antique and vendor mall with over one hundred vendors selling vintage, repurposed, and upcycled goods, as well as handmade and brand new or retail items. Furthermore, they have restored an old original Woolworth’s lunch counter that serves breakfast and lunch from 7:30 in the morning. Customers can also enjoy their full bakery and the town’s largest espresso machine while shopping. An interesting fact is that Cat’s Claw Great-Grandma, Gilda George, worked in the sewing department of Woolworth’s back in the 1960s, and her doilies are still used in her family’s homes to this day.

Customers, including both tourists and locals, often spend hours or even an entire day exploring Vintage and Rustics’ more than 50,000 square feet of space. The establishment offers a diverse range of items, from vintage to modern, such as western and cowboy goods, antiques, retro items, and more. Whether you’re looking for women’s clothing, children’s clothing, toys, or even items for men, Vintage and Rustics has you covered with something for every member of the family. If you can’t find what you’re looking for at Vintage and Rustics, then you probably don’t need it. That’s the company’s slogan. And we couldn’t agree with them more!

The first on the list of rodeo outfits is as adorable as it is comfortable: a large Rodeo t-shirt from the men’s section of the Vintage and Rustics collection (around $30), black leggings (which can totally be swapped for jeans), gorgeous light green vintage snakeskin boots from Stephanie Irish’s booth (around $80), a brown leopard print trucker hat from Rollin Rebel (around $30), and last but not least, a super cute black clutch that is part of a set from Elaine Shipley.

The second rodeo outfit, which consists of a burnt orange crew neck sweater from Rollin Rebel (cost about $45) and has an incredibly soft lining on the inside, a black felt wide brim hat from West Fork Designs (cost about $56), cute brown boots sold by Silver Sage Clothing (cost about $69), and an adorable backpack from Vintage and Rustics (cost about $45), is also very comfortable.

These striped flare jeans, also known as bell bottom jeans, have a relaxed, flattering cut. The t-shirt, along with the jeans, are from Rollin Rebel Boutique. This particular t-shirt has a unique orange tie-dye design with a Yellowstone “tag”. The black fringe jacket and Black cowboy hat are part of Elaine’s expansive collection of jackets and hats! There’s a hat for every occasion, and she’s got them all!

Vintage and Rustics offers a shirt line for men that includes this oversized black Johnny Cash t-shirt, priced at about $32. To complete the outfit, pair the t-shirt with brown boots from Rollin Rebel that cost about $55 and an Aztec crossbody bucket bag from Silver Sage Clothing, priced around $45. You can wear this versatile outfit with your favorite pair of jeans or a western skirt, in addition to the black leggings shown here.
